In the past month, the F.i.l.e.s. team spent a couple of nights at Lafflines and this comedy club should be at the top of everyone’s list for a great evening out.

The new and improved Lafflines has a new venue and it is incredible. They have moved into the historic Columbia Theatre, a short block away from their old location. The theatre enhances the audience’s experience, perfectly designed for live performances. In addition, the Columbia theatre is a heritage building which gives the venue character. The atmosphere and comedy experience is just downright therapeutic. They have two showrooms. This means they can offer more shows, let in more people, and accommodate just about any size of groups. Lafflines will be featuring Thea Vidale, WWE personality, Mama Benjamin, January 27^th and 28^th. Canadian comic, Jeremy Hotz, who will be in town for the Vancouver Comedy festival, will perform at Lafflines, February16^th, 17^th and 18th. The new venue allows Lafflines to rent out rooms for private parties and special occasions. Lafflines also has buffet dinner options and dinner and dance options for groups on top of the possibility of room rentals. Lafflines is a complete dinner and entertainment destination.
