Chef Ralph Scamardella brought his savvy Italian cooking roots from Brooklyn New York to Las Vegas and has received resounding praise from LAVO’s restaurant guests.

Located at the famed Palazzo, it’s no wonder that celebrities frequent LAVO. The venue is set up with low hanging chandeliers to give it a romantic look for their European bathhouse decor. Wooden ceilings, stonewalls and tiles surround the ancient inspired interior and also has a wood burning stove to bake their savory pizzas to melting perfection. You can choose from an assortment of pasta dishes like the spaghetti carbonara or sweet sausage pasta. Also very popular with diners is the a la carte choices with their twenty one day old steaks. Prime rib eye, New York strip or prime filet can be accompanied with different sauces and toppings. Sides offer several potatoes dishes and vegetables like eggplant parmagiano. For light eaters, soups and salads are available or indulge in their Raw Bar with snapper and tuna.

The makings of a great dining experience can be found in the fun friendly atmosphere with the generous portions at Lavo. One of Lavo’s outstanding dishes is the ground kobe meatballs or spoil yourself with one of their classic dishes like grilled swordfish puttanesca. The selection in Lavo’s menu accommodates everyone’s appetite. Save room for dessert though. The chocolate obsession is delicious.

After dinner, guests can enjoy the rest of the evening at LAVO Nightclub. All you have to do is walk up the stairs from the restaurant and party in the 4,500 square foot space; mind you that Lavo Restaurant and Club takes up 20,000 square feet at the Palazzo Resort. The Turkish, Moroccan themed nightclub has VIP, 40 tables for guests and they can dance all night, under a stunning domed ceiling.
